Recovering from a loss, health issue, or other stressful situation?
Let go and let art, in a non-judgmental, guided art experience class. Our group will encourage creativity and relaxation, while fostering a sense of simple joy, accomplishment, and community. Art exercises will include mixed media, collage, mandalas, pen and watercolor wash, doodling, journaling, and more!
** $10 material fee per week, all supplies are provided
